Spectrum Conveyor Belts are of modular design and con be used for horizontal conveying of material like Food grains, cereals and other granular products
They consist of two rotary drums mounted on Q modular frame, with on endless belt used for conveying material, running between them, The belt is made from multi-ply rubberised material wilh the top face n - PVC coated for conveying food grade material
The number of plies vary according to the capacity ortd length of ihe conveyor. The rotary drums are mounted on universol swivel bearings which are life timfl lubricated. The notary drum situated near the discharge spout Is driven by means of a suitable Moior Coupfed to a Worm Reduction Gear Box,
The drive arrangement being rnourrfed on Q seporate bed which is fixed to the vertical stands, makes the entire conveyor assembly movable.The non-driven Rotary Drum can be adjusted enable eosy tensionning of the conveyor belt
Idler Roller mounted on pillow block. bearings are provided on the bottom for free movement of the belt, Side s-krrting is provided for the industrial conveyor belts to present spillage of material over the sides and hence clogging the conveyor. Since the Belt Conveyor frome is of modular design the length of the conveyor con be increased by adding an sections at a loter date.The conveyors can be provided with on electronic time delay relay for controlling the on-time and off-time of the belt run, which is adjustable for hand picking of ihe product.
It is driven by means of a totally enclosed fan-cooled three phase induction motor which is provided os stondard equipmerrt.
